HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Richard S. Gordon, 53, of Massena with two counts of second-degree harassment following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 9:28 a.m. June 6 from the town of Louisville. Gordon allegedly punched David Deforge in the chest and slapped him in the face during an argument. Deforge reportedly is the manager of the trailer park where Gordon was residing at the time of the incident.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - BRASHER - Massena-based state police charged Brett M. Whoston, 18, of Brasher with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday during an argument with his mother. He allegedly punched the window in a door during the argument.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Charlotte M. Williams, 49, of Schenectady with unlawful possession of marijuana following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 3:31 p.m. Friday from the town of Potsdam. State police said the arrest was made at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on 7494 Route 11 in the town of Potsdam.

ONE INJURED - MOIRA - Malone-based state police said one person was injured on a one-vehicle accident reported at 4:12 p.m. Saturday on Route 11, near Spring Grove Road, in the town of Moira. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Amanda L. Beane, 30, of Brushton.
