ANTWERP — Lori A. Lacey, 35, of 33610 Route 18, Theresa; Destiny A. Lacey, 16, same address; Jason J. Lacey, 38, of 36755 Route 22, and Nicholle L. Shippee, 41, no address given, were all charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree harassment in connection with a domestic incident that occurred June 25.

Mrs. Lacey and Miss Lacey were charged at 12:40 p.m. June 27 at their home. Mr. Lacey and Ms. Shippee were charged at 12:10 a.m. June 27 at Mr. Lacey’s home.

According to deputies, Mr. Lacey pushed Mrs. Lacey, his estranged wife, on the porch steps during a domestic dispute at his residence. Deputies said Mr. Lacey then grabbed her arms from behind and dragged her into his house as his girlfriend, Ms. Shippee, was advancing toward them.

Mrs. Lacey is accused of hitting Mr. Lacey on his front porch during the dispute. Mr. Lacey suffered minor scratches on his right shoulder, deputies said.

Miss Lacey is accused of swinging at her father’s girlfriend during the dispute. Deputies said she continued to swing even while Ms. Shippee was in retreat.

Ms. Shippee is accused of hitting Miss Lacey, forcing her to the floor, during the incident and continuing to attempt to hit her even while Miss Lacey was in retreat.

All four were arraigned in Antwerp Town Court and released with appearance tickets.
