Police say man threw dirty diaper at his neighbor’s brother

WATERTOWN — Jerry A. Segouin, 39, of 22A Floral Drive, was charged by state police with second-degree harassment at 10:22 p.m. Tuesday at his home.

He is accused of throwing a dirty diaper at the brother of his next-door neighbor after the man checked his mailbox, according to police. Mr. Segouin struck the man on the left leg with the diaper, police said.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Brownville Town Court.
