ONE INJURED - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 1:23 p.m. Wednesday on Route 11, near Wells Road, in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said Quinn C. Patraw, 22, of Winthrop was eastbound on Route 11, near Wells Road when he told police he became distracted as he changed his sound system. His vehicle exited the south shoulder of the roadway and struck a tree. Patraw was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital by Tri-Town Rescue after complaining of lower bain pain. The Winthrop man was ticketed for moving from lane unsafely.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Steven C. Ashley, 35, of Canton with disorderly conduct following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 2:54 a.m. Thursday from the town of Canton. Police said the charge stemmed from allegations involving obscene language/gestures.
