Ogdensburg Pepsi-The Place won a match of Ogdensburg rivals blanking Frary’s Funeral Home 3-0 in North Country Men’s Summer Soccer action on Wednesday.

Pepsi-The Place 3, Frary’s 0: At the Kennedy School field in Ogdensburg, Elijah Finley, Grant Prudhomme and Max Ahrens connected for unassisted goals while Jake Sias posted the shutout in goal.

S&L Electric 4, Lisbon 0: At Swift Field in South Colton, Dylan Gruneisen netted a pair of goals while Alex Harcourt and Jeff McGregor each broke through for singletons.

Canton 8, Heuvelton 0: Conor Engle scored three goals as NC Savings broke away from a 2-0 halftime lead.

Travis Jordan, John Gardner, Colby Young, Nate Butler and Alex Minsker scored the other goals while Austin Lamay made three saves working the crease for the shutout.

Cornerstone 2, AMP-Jreck Subs 1: At Clarkson’s Hantz Field, Ebuka Ononye scored both goals in the winning effort.

CJ’s-Chip’s Place 3, Massena Savings and Loan-Kassian Realty 1: At Mike Nicholas Field, Ryan Chauvin booted host Massena to a 1-0 halftime lead with an unassisted goal before CJ’s-Chip’s Place battled back with three unanswered goals after the break.

Willi Steinrotter tied the game off an assist from Tony Betrus then made it 2-1 converting on an assist from Grant Sharlow before John Jones sealed the win by finishing off a play set up by Shawn Lillie.

Tim Penrod turned aside six shots backstopping the win while Alan Davis had 12 saves in the losing cause.
