LOWVILLE — Village police charged two Lowville residents Sunday evening for allegedly violating a court order.
Kenneth J. Juby, 19, of 7490 Railroad St., was charged with second-degree criminal contempt about 6 p.m. Sunday in the 5500 block of Bostwick Street.
He is accused of violating a Lewis County Supreme Court stay-away order of protection issued on behalf of Rebekahanne J. Dick.
Ms. Dick, 21, same address, was charged the same day with sixth-degree conspiracy for allegedly allowing Mr. Juby to reside at her home, which he was ordered to stay away from.
Both are to appear in Village Court.
