WATERTOWN — City police charged Jason C. Roshia, 35, of 111 E. Lynde St., lower apartment, with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal harassment and second-degree harassment at 12:14 p.m. Sunday at 85 Public Square.

Mr. Roshia is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of Sandra M. Labarge, 85 Public Square, Apt. B, and striking her in the left eye with his right fist, in violation of an order of protection issued by Jefferson County Family Court.

He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held pending arraignment in City Court.
