DRIVER: Aaron Fuller, age 19

HOMETOWN: Port Leyden

YEARS RACING: 3

RECORD: four consecutive first place finishes at AIS, one second

VEHICLE: 1999 Saturn Model SC2, No. 711

NOTABLE RACE: On June 20, Fuller competed in his traditional class, Thunder Stocks, as well as racing the Truck class, where he finished fourth.

COMMENTS: “It has been a great season so far with four wins in a row. I have the point lead [and] I’m hoping to be track champion. Adirondack Speedway is a great facility, and more racers should come out and race.”

— Aaron Fuller, driver

ANNOUNCER WEIGH IN: “Aaron is one of our new ‘converts’ to the speedway, and he loves our track. He even volunteered his time to help clean up some of the trees that were knocked over by the latest windstorm. Last Sunday [July 20] he jumped into a truck to race in addition to his Thunder Stock. It’s great to see such enthusiasm from a young driver, and he’s doing very well!”

— Keith Zehr, track announcer
