•Police arrested Leo F. Lalonde, 37, of 906 South Water St., for fourth degree criminal mischief at 9:58 p.m. Tuesday at 819 New York Avenue for allegedly trying to break a window at a residence.

•Police arrested Chad M. Teneyck, 24, of 28 Potatoe St., on a city court bench warrant at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday. He was arraigned before Justice William R. Small and released on his own recognizance.

•Police arrested Morgan E. LaRose, 26, of 803 Jefferson Ave., on a city court bench warrant at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday. She was arraigned before Justice William R. Small and released on her own recognizance.

•Police ticketed Jennifer I Hamilton, 39, of 1006 LaFayette St., for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having inadequate headlights at 9:41 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of State Street. She was issued appearance tickets returnable in city court.

•Police ticketed Reilly B. Pierce, 53, of 256 Irish Settlement Road, Heuvelton for inadequate headlights at 9:15 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Ford Street. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Edward A.J. Henderson, 33, of 513 Greene St., on a U.S. District Court Warrant at 7:11 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Caroline Street. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in Canton.

•Police ticketed Amy M. Harper, 53, of 525 East South St., for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having a cracked windshield at 6:41 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Knox Street. She was issued appearance ticketed returnable in city court.
