CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged a 14-year-old Fort Covington teen with criminal mischief: intent to damage property at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday stemming an incident reported to troopers a 8:51 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Fort Covington. He was ordered held.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - CHATEAUGAY - Malone-based state police charged Michael A. Patterson, 26, of Chateaugay with second-degree aggravated harassment: telephone at 2:30 p.m. Thursday stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 1:25 p.m. Thursday from the town of Malone. He was ordered held on $500 bail.

UNLAWFULLY GROWING CANNABIS - RUSSELL - Canton-based state police charged Christopher J. St. Louis, 28, of Russell and Wendy L. Bush, 33, of Russell with unlawful growing of cannabis, unlawful possession of marijuana and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 Thursday afternoon, stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Russell. St. Louis was arrested at 1:10 p.m. in the town of Russell and Bush was arrested an hour later in the village of Canton. They were released on appearance tickets.
