AGGRAVATED DWI - Massena-based state police charged Courtney J. Goodspeed, 38, of Brasher Falls with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 6:47 p.m. Monday on County Route 49 in the town of Norfolk. Trooper said Goodspeed was traveling east on O’Brien Road when he failed to signal a right turn onto County Route 49. His blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.29 percent, nearly four times the legal limit. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state. The charge is elevated to an aggravated DWI count when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent of higher. He was also ticketed for failure to signal a turn and crossing hazardous markings.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - HAMMOND - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Kiel J. Rourke, 32, of Hogansburg with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 3 p.m. Monday on state Route 37 in the town of Hammond.

ONE INJURED - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 8 a.m. Monday on state Route 30, near County Route 56, in the town of Constable. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Gregory Allen Bushey, 49, of Moira.
