CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brendan W. Narrow, 24, of Potsdam with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a hypodermic needle at 2:20 p.m. Monday after responding to a report of possibly highly intoxicated male on May Road in the vincinity of Big Lots. Police said they found Narrow, and he was in possession of five pills and two hypodermic needles.
