EVANS MILLS — An Evans Mills man has been accused of threatening two people with an airsoft pistol.
State police arrested Ian S. Maclean, 37, of 115 Commercial St., Apartment 3, on two counts of second-degree menacing, a Class A misdemeanor.
State police said Mr. Maclean pointed what appeared to be a pistol at David Dillabaugh and Jenna Bresett during an incident that occurred at 8112 Schell Ave., Apartment E3.
The complainants knew the suspect, police said. The pistol was determined to be an airsoft pistol.
Mr. Maclean was arraigned in LeRay Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson County Public Safety Building, Watertown, on $1,000 bail.
