MISAPPLICATION OF PROPERTY - BRASHER - Massena-based state police charged James A. Clary, 29, of Brasher with misapplication of property Tuesday evening. He allegedly sold a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 90 cc four-wheeler that belonged to Desirae Lavare to a third party. Clary told troopers he had been doing work on Ms. Lavare’s four-wheeler and suggested she hadn’t paid for the work and told him he could keep the four-wheeler. Ms. Lavare disputed that account. The arrest was made 2787 County Route 55 in the town of Brasher, troopers said.

PETIT LARCENY - LOUISVLLE - Massena-based state police charged Kevin J. Lapage Jr., 26, of Massena with petit larceny at 12:41 a.m. Wednesday following an investigation into a shoplifting complaint lodged July 15 from the town of Louisville. Lapage allegedly walked out of Wilson’s General Store, Louisville, without paying for a 30-pack of beer. The beer was valued at $28.49.

HARASSMENT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Christopher H. Laclair, 33, of Waddington with second-degree harassment - physical contact Tuesday following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported on the evening of July 23 from the town of Canton.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents on Tuesday. Among those:

• Jessica E. Richer, 22, Canton was involved in a collision with a second vehicle that left the scene at 9:38 p.m. on state Route 68 at County Route 35 in the town of Canton.

• Jody M. Fitzgerald, 50, of Ogdensburg at 9:37 p.m. on state Route 37 at state Route 68 in the town of Oswegatchie.
