UNSAFE BACKING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Anqi Zhang, 20, of Potsdam for unsafe backing at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident in the Kinney Drugs parking lot on Maple Street.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ginette C. Hess, 19, of Potsdam with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her using a mobile device while operating a motor vehicle at 5:59 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Maple Street. Police said after stopping Hess for the alleged cell phone violation they determined her operating privileges had been suspended on May 22.
UNINSPECTED VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Nicholas King, no age or address provided, for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 9:56 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Main Street.
