BEAVER FALLS - Joel M. Moser, 37, of Beaver Falls, died Saturday morning, August 9, 2014 in an automobile accident.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Naumburg Mennonite Church with Rev. Titus Mast and Rev. Myron Roggie, officiating. Calling hours are from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Naumburg Mennonite Church. Burial will be Thursday, August 14, 2014 in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rochester. He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Linda Moser of Beaver Falls,; two brothers and their wives, Eric and Lindsay Moser and their children, Brendon, Samantha, Keyan, Micah and Caleb, of McMurray, PA; Troy and Rebecca Moser of Beaver Falls; his maternal grandmother, Edna Yousey of Lowville; a sister-in-law, Jaqueline Beltran and her children, Manuel, Brianna and Alexander of Rochester; a brother-in-law, Timothy Tramontana, and his son, Timothy Jr. of Syracuse; he is also survived by aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles and many cousins. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Marie Beltran Moser; his paternal grandparents, Michael and Barbara Moser; his maternal grandfather, Elmer Yousey; and his first cousin Bryan Hammond.
Joel was born on January 18, 1977 in Watertown, NY, a son of Lawrence E. and Linda Yousey Moser. He graduated from Beaver River Central School in 1995 and St. John Fisher’s College in 1999. He worked for First Investors Financial Services in Rochester before starting his own company, Moser’s Financial Services. On October 10, 2009, he married Marie Beltran at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church in Wendell, NC. Marie died on December 19, 2011. Joel was in the process of moving back to Beaver Falls.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and watching the Yankee’s and the Dallas Cowboys. Joel loved children, and his dogs, Lulu and Dayzie.
