PETIT LARCENY - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Kali M. Sharlow, 19, of Norwood and Jarrod J. Parent, 16, of Massena with petit larceny Sunday night following an investigation into report of a larceny from a building filed with troopers at 7:50 p.m. Friday from the town of Louisville. Troopers said the arrests were made at 9:09 p.m. Sunday at the St. Lawrence Centre mall.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Sunday. Among those:

• Thomas R. VanRiper, 33, of Nicholville struck a parked vehicle at 9:25 p.m. on state Route 11B, near Church Street.

• John M. Phillips, 58, of Potsdam and Dolores M. Girard, 78, of Ogdensburg at 1:35 p.m. on state Route 68 at state Route 37 in the town of Oswegatchie.

HARASSMENT - HAMMOND - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Benjamin W. Deon, 36, of Hammond with second-degree harassment Sunday following an investigation into an assault complaint reported at 9:48 p.m. Saturday from the town of Hammond.
