PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jenna L. Lamar, 28, of Potsdam with one count of petit larceny and possession of a hypodermic needle at 6:45 p.m. Monday on Lawrence Avenue. She allegedly removed approximately $400 from the cash register at The Bagelry. The investigation led to the identification of Labar as a suspect, and police allege she admitted taking the money. She was also found in possession of a hypodermic needle after being taken into custody on the petit larceny count.

CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Craig M. Mandigo, 59, of Potsdam for using a mobile device while operating a motor vehicle at 4:25 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue.
