The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ William J. Bosell, 39, of 42 Island Road, Palermo, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI, second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment at 6:56 p.m. Monday at 269 Route 11. Police said he violated an order of protection by having contact with a protected party.
His blood alcohol content was listed as .21 percent.
Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
■ Katie A. Turner, 23, of 1815 Olmstead Drive, Apt. 201A, Watertown, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with driving to the left on a grade or curve at 3:10 a.m. Sunday on Route 156. Her BAC was listed as 0.15 percent.
