CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Kyle S. Craig, 16, of Pyrites with criminal mischief after responding to a complaint at 7:47 p.m. Sunday from the town of Canton. The arrest was made at 37 Church St.

FELONY AGGRAVATED DWI - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Jarred A. Wells, 33, of Ogdensburg with a felony count of aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 12:13 a.m. Sunday on County Route 6 in the town of Oswegatchie. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state. The charge is elevated to an aggravated DWI count when the blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent or higher. The felony count was lodged due to Wells having a prior misdemeanor DWI conviction within the prior 10 years.

DWI - GOUVERNEUR - Gouverneur-based state police charged Ray L. Roberts, 30, of Antwerp with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 11:45 p.m. Saturday on County Route 12 in the town of Gouverneur.

DWI - GOUVERNEUR - Gouverneur-based state police charged Scott A. Chase, 24, of Gouverneur with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:45 p.m. Sunday on East Main Street in the town of Gouverneur.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Sunday. Among those:

• Denise Marie McLane, 49, of Watertown at 11:45 p.m. on state Route 37, near Buck Road, in the town of Waddington.
