WATERTOWN — Drew D. Williams Jr., 16, of 304 N. Hamilton St., was charged by city police with three counts of fifth-degree and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 3:19 a.m. Monday after he allegedly stole items from multiple vehicles.
The thefts occurred from 1 to 2:29 a.m., police said. At 200 Factory St., he allegedly stole a ring valued at $100 from the vehicle of Julie Harding, they said. He also allegedly stole a glass mason jar of moonshine from the vehicle of James Eggins Jr. at the same location. In addition, he allegedly stole two wallets and a debit card from the vehicle of Shereena A. Kersting at 435 S. Hycliff Drive. He is to appear in City Court.
