WATERTOWN — City police charged Zachary S. Tuttle, 24, of 308 State St., with petit larceny at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Winslow Street.

He is accused of stealing electricity from Sportsman’s Barbershop, 310 State St., to run lighting and equipment at his own business, Solo Ink Tattoo, 308 State St., on Aug. 13, according to court documents.

He is to appear in City Court.
