WATERTOWN — A city resident was accused of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment after a domestic dispute Thursday afternoon.

Police said Raymond G. Woodard Jr., 19, picked up Taylor E. Brasco, same address, and pushed her out of the residence. The incident violated an order of protection from Carthage Village Court, police said.

Charged at 4:14 p.m., Mr. Woodard was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending his arraignment in City Court.
