WATERTOWN — A city resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and other charges at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of North Meadow Street.
Police said Jason P. Edwards, 33, of 1210 Superior St., Apt. C3, had a 0.26 percent blood alcohol content. A BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
He also was accused of unlicensed driving, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to obey a traffic control device.
