WATERTOWN — Keith W. Cohrs, 45, of 23442 Route 37 Apt. 23, town of Pamelia, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with petit larceny Monday after he allegedly stole items at Hotis Apartments.
Deputies said he was arrested after the property manager of the apartment complex, David M. Stewart, reported that Mr. Cohrs was involved in several larcenies that occurred at the property. Light poles, an air compressor, an extension cord and a power strip allegedly were stolen by the suspect from another resident’s property.
He is to appear in City Court.
