WATERTOWN — City police charged Alison M. Harp, 20, of 221 Clinton St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief after she allegedly smashed a blender during a dispute at her residence.

Police said she broke the blender, worth $25, by throwing it on the floor, causing a large chunk of plastic to break off.

Charged at her residence at 7:29 p.m. Monday, she was released with an appearance ticket for City Court.
